Sprouts Farmers Market in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an Assistant Vitamin Manager to lead a busy vitamin department and deliver excellent customer service. You will supervise the Vitamin/HBA team, manage inventory, and ensure product quality while promoting health and wellness.

Ideal candidates are 18+, with leadership experience in vitamin or holistic products, flexible scheduling, and a strong focus on safety, sanitation, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with 1 year of vitamin/holistic experience with leadership duties.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor with strong customer interaction.
• Good communication and ability to take direction in a team.
• Maintain department housekeeping and sanitation standards.
• Adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations.
• Willingness to learn about new products and alternative health.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform related physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Assist in managing and merchandising the Vitamin department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products and excellent customer service.
• Ensure customers receive guidance on vitamins, supplements, and health products.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of vitamins and health items to advise customers.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and mentoring the Vitamin team.
• Unload and sort store deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to improvements.
