Sprouts Farmers Market in Smyrna, TN is hiring an Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager to help customers choose vitamins and health products while leading one of our busiest store teams. You will supervise the Vitamin department, manage inventory, mentor staff, and ensure safety and exceptional service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifikationen

• Be at least 18 years of age and have 1 year of vitamin-related leadership experience.
• Be dependable with flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Outgoing and friendly demeanor with customers.
• Good communication and ability to give and take direction.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain department cleanliness.
• Adhere to safety, health, and weights and measures regulations.
• Willing to learn about new products and alternative health.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk long hours.
• Ability to move a ladder and operate a cart.
• Walk up to 3 miles in an 8-hour shift.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, goal setting, communication, and teamwork
• Lead a team that brainstorms to deliver the finest quality of product, highest level of service, and the greatest experience for customers
• Ensure customers receive the best possible service and assistance with vitamins, supplements, and health and beauty products
• Maintain knowledge of vitamins and health items and provide guidance without prescribing
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, developing, mentoring, and motivating the Vitamin team
• Unload and sort through store deliveries
• Ensure the execution of safety, health, and sanitation guidelines/regulations
