Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties; or an acceptable education/experience mix.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrate outgoing, friendly behavior and strong customer interaction skills.
• Possess good communication skills and the ability to give and take direction within a team.
• Perform general housekeeping and adhere to safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.
• Be willing to learn about new products and alternatives in health.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager in managing and merchandising the department for productivity and profit.
• Oversee ordering, inventory control, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver the highest quality products and top-tier customer service.
• Guide customers on vitamins and health products to support informed health decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vitamins and health items to provide accurate guidance.
