Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking an Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager to lead one of the busiest teams in our store and help customers choose vitamins and health products. You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and staff development while ensuring top-notch service and adherence to safety standards.

The role emphasizes education of customers on products, team leadership, and collaboration across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and a minimum of 1 year of vitamin, homeopathy, or holistic experience with leadership duties; or an acceptable combination of education and experience.
• Be dependable and reliable with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and take directions in a team environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety, health, and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant Vitamin/HBA Manager in managing and merchandising the department for maximum productivity and profit.
• Responsible for ordering and inventory controls, product quality, and supervision of the Vitamin/HBA team.
• Coordinate production, merchandising, and sales through planning, direction, and teamwork.
• Lead a team to deliver high-quality products, superior service, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide guidance on vitamins, health, and beauty products without prescribing.
