Job summary

KFC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining brand standards.

You will lead by example, training and coaching the team, managing daily operations in the absence of the RGM, and driving performance with a focus on people, safety and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train and motivate teams.
• Experience with P&L management, inventory control, and labor management.
• Ability to recruit and hire team members and promote inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by modeling KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' adherence to shift responsibilities and maintain high food safety standards.
• Take charge of restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.
• Collaborate with the RGM on performance and feedback.
• Address employee relations issues and escalate when necessary.
• Assist in sourcing, recruiting and hiring Team Members.

About the Job:As an Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our restaurant's success, supporting the Restaurant General Manager by upholding brand standards and inspiring your team. You'll lead by example, training, coaching and recognizing your team to deliver unforgettable customer experiences. When your team shines, so do you!In this dynamic role, you'll take charge of daily operations in the Restaurant General Manager's absence, making key decisions and driving the team toward excellence. You'll work a 50-hour week, with 40 hours at regular pay and 10 hours at time and a half, providing a balanced and rewarding work experience.The Day-to-Day:Ensure consistent customer satisfaction by effectively modeling the KFC Connect Success Routine and prioritizing customer needs.Oversee Team Members' adherence to shift responsibilities and maintain high food safety standards. Take charge of restaurant operations in the RGM's absence.Collaborate with the RGM in assessing team performance, providing ongoing constructive and positive feedback.
