Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required or equivalent experience.
Experience supervising staff and coordinating transportation operations preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily transportation operations including dispatch and routing support.
Schedule drivers and aides; manage hours and overtime with the Operations Manager.
Maintain communication with district staff, parents and school personnel.
Supervise field staff, interview, train, and address performance concerns with HR.
Monitor attendance, documentation, and payroll reporting accuracy.
Respond to incidents, file insurance claims, and support safety initiatives.
Assist with short- and long-term operational planning.
Provide backup coverage for drivers and on-call rotation as needed.
