Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree may substitute for up to 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of transportation facility and assigned operations.
• Meet regularly with staff and drivers to communicate Company mission, vision, and values; address feedback and obstacles.
• Engage with school district contacts to ensure satisfaction and identify service improvements.
• Coordinate driver recruitment and training to cover daily routes and events with surplus staffing.
• Provide coaching and feedback to staff and drivers to improve performance.
• Review and ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures; coach or discipline when needed.
• Assist with payroll, AR/AP, and monthly financial reporting to meet budget targets.
• Ensure district reporting and information is provided as required; help optimize operations for safety and reliability.
• Read contracts and leases to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Engage with community and stakeholders to build relations and support staffing needs.
• Identify and implement new technology to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain required credentials to drive a school bus as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
