Job summary

Codebridge is seeking a UI/UX designer support role for monitoring UpWork job postings. Responsibilities include analyzing postings to fit client profiles and swiftly adding leads to spreadsheets.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Regularly monitoring UpWork for new job postings related to UI/UX design
• Thorough analysis of each relevant job posting to determine if it aligns with our Ideal Client Profile (ICP) and desired scope of work
• Conduct additional research on potential clients by finding extra info about them namely personal LinkedIn accounts, Email, WhatsApp, etc.
• Rapid and accurate adding of qualified leads to a designated spreadsheet within 5 minutes of their posting on Upwork
• Close cooperation with other teammates via the corporate ecosystem apps

Requirements

• Ability to work from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM (17.00-01.00 Kyiv time), Monday to Friday, with occasional flexibility
• Upper-Intermediate English and above
• Quick learner with constant initiative in assimilating new knowledge, tolerance, and painless acceptance of rapid changes in work processes provided by us
• Familiarity with the Upwork platform at least from the user’s side, being able to tune up simple search filters
• Ability to quickly and accurately assess project relevance according to provided instructions
• Strong critical and analytical thinking to find reliable information about the client, such as LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, etc.
• Being able to look through huge amounts of data and put necessary accents to the most relevant points for us
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
