West Coast Convenience is hiring an Assistant Team Leader to support the Team Leader and help run daily store operations in California. You will coach the team, manage schedules, handle cash and reports, and ensure a high-quality customer experience on every shift.

This hands-on leadership role requires teamwork, strong communication, and a focus on safety and compliance while you learn and grow into a Team Leader position.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–9 months of assistant manager or related experience.
• Strong math and English communication skills.
• Team-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Team Leadership: assist in training and coaching team members and lead in the Team Leader’s absence.
• Operations: support daily operations, scheduling, timekeeping, and accurate paperwork.
• Sales & Inventory: assist with stocking, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Customer Experience: deliver exceptional service and resolve concerns promptly.
• Compliance & Safety: follow policies, safety standards, and maintain a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
