West Coast Convenience is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the Team Leader in daily store operations and help coach the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

This hands-on role involves coaching, problem solving, scheduling, cash handling, inventory, safety, and ensuring execution meets standards. Opportunity to advance into a Team Leader role and lead with integrity.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–9 months of assistant manager or related experience.
• Strong math, English communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail, convenience, food service, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Team Leader role.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team and support the Team Leader in daily operations.
• Coaching, problem-solving, and ensuring daily execution meets company standards.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and coverage.
• Handle cash, reports, and store paperwork accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain store presentation.
• Follow company policies and safety standards.
