West Coast Convenience is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the Team Leader and run store operations. This hands-on role involves coaching teammates, ensuring high-quality service, and stepping in during the Team Leader’s absence.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and delivering a consistent customer experience across our California locations. You will help with scheduling, cash handling, and promotional merchandising while maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–9 months of assistant manager or related experience.
• Strong math, English communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail, convenience, food service, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Team Leader role.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities
