Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 9–12 months of leadership experience in retail, convenience, or similar fast-paced environment or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and basic math skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and manage sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 21+ years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team with strong business acumen and drive profitability across departments.
• Oversee daily operations, cash handling, store readiness, cleanliness and safety.
• Drive sales through merchandising, availability, and service while managing inventory and expenses.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience and resolve issues promptly.
• Follow policies and safety/regulatory standards and maintain a safe environment.
