West Coast Convenience LLC in California is seeking an Assistant Team Leader to support the Team Leader in daily store operations, coaching staff, and delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience.

You will actively lead during shifts, assist with scheduling and paperwork, uphold safety standards, and help drive sales through promotions and merchandising. This hands-on role grows into a Team Leader position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–9 months of assistant manager or related experience.
• Strong math, English communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Retail, convenience, food service, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Team Leader role.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coach team members, providing training and support to drive performance.
• Support daily operations for smooth, consistent execution.
• Assist with scheduling, timekeeping, and coverage.
• Handle cash, reports, and store paperwork accurately.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
