Raley's in Reno is seeking an Assistant Team Leader with a passion for food and strong leadership. You will help lead store operations, serve customers with excellence, and mentor team members across multiple areas while maintaining safety and high presentation standards.

Qualifications

• Friendly and customer service oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, restaurant, barista, food service, grocery or similar.
• Previous leadership experience desired.
• Self-motivated, with a high attention to detail, quality and presentation.
• Ability to read, understand and follow through on verbal and written directions.

Responsibilities

• Leading, training, coaching, and communicating with all Team Members
• Operating a register and accurately handle customer cash, credit/debit payments, and change
• Assist in coordinating weekly merchandising and maintaining abundant store displays
• Assisting all customers by providing information and resolving any complaints
• Maintaining Safety and Sanitation standards throughout the store
• Developing future leaders
• Ensure compliance with all company and store policies and procedures (and thus compliance with all state and federal laws applicable to this industry).
• Working a variety shifts to facilitate store operations, including morning, midday, and night shifts
• All other related duties as assigned
