You will supervise cashiers and courtesy clerks, ensure accurate checkout, and model professional teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will engage customers, uphold company policies, assist with training, and contribute to a positive work atmosphere with a strong focus on safety and service quality.

• Entry level manager assisting Store Team Lead in management duties.

Responsibilities

• Direct front-end operations to ensure fast, accurate checkout and outstanding service.
• Engage customers with smiles, greetings, product info and thanks.
• Oversee front-end team, coordinate with cashiers and clerks for professionalism and efficiency.
• Enforce store policies and health/safety guidelines.
• Assist with training and coaching new team members.
• Serve as role model and coach for the front-end team.
