Competitive Base: The position starts at a competitive $18 per hour, with a guaranteed clear path to $20 per hour within the first year.

How You Will Lead

• Drive the Sales Floor: Master and model the proven 5‑step sales method. Confidently sell memberships, upgrade services, and actively coach Spa Consultants to hit peak performance.
• Master Operations: Keep the business running flawlessly by assisting with staff scheduling, inventory management, supply orders, and daily financial goals.
• Curate the Aesthetic: Ensure the facility remains in pristine, luxury condition, overseeing everything from immaculate spa cleanliness to essential equipment upkeep and safety standards.
• Set the Standard: Act as the ultimate brand ambassador. Oversee opening and closing procedures, champion the culture, and guarantee a world‑class guest experience during every single interaction.

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience: At least 2 years of proven, numbers‑driven success in sales, retail, or hospitality management.
• Full‑Time Commitment: Open availability to dedicate a full 40 hours per week to the salon, including essential weekend and evening coverage.
