Job summary

Soleil Tans is seeking an Assistant Team Lead to support daily operations, drive sales, and uphold the brand promise. You will lead shifts in the Team Lead's absence and coach partners to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities include delivering personalized guest experiences, achieving membership and product upsell targets, managing scheduling and store readiness, and training new hires while ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership/sales experience in a similar environment.
• Proven ability to close memberships and upsell products.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage shift-level leadership responsibilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Consistently meets or exceeds performance expectations.
• Demonstrates initiative without being asked.
• Weekend and evening availability required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest interactions align with Soleil Tans brand promise.
• Deliver professional, personalized service.
• Upsell memberships and products to meet sales goals.
• Lead shifts in absence of Team Lead.
• Coach and provide feedback to partners.
• Assist onboarding and training for new hires.
• Oversee daily operations and store readiness.
• Monitor compliance with Soleil Tans policies & procedures.
• Escalate issues to management when needed.
