Job summary

Soleil Tans, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Team Lead to support daily operations, drive sales, and uphold our luxury guest experience.

You will lead shifts when the Team Lead is not present, maintaining accountability for the team and coaching partners to perform at a high level. Responsibilities include ensuring guest satisfaction, meeting sales goals for memberships and products, and managing store readiness and operations.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of leadership or sales experience in a similar environment.
• Proven sales success closing memberships and upselling products.
• Reliable, organized and capable of shift-level leadership.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Takes initiative and consistently meets or exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities

• Guest Experience: Deliver consistent, professional service and upsell solutions that fit guest needs.
• Sales: Meet and exceed memberships, products and upgrade goals; drive shift-level performance.
• Leadership: Act as shift leader in the Team Lead's absence; guide and coach partners; onboard new hires; uphold standards.
• Operations: Oversee equipment checks, sanitization and store readiness; ensure policy compliance and proper opening/closing duties.
