Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers in West Windsor, NJ to support a welcoming child care center environment. You will help provide daily care, engage children in developmentally appropriate activities, and maintain a safe, organized classroom.

Positions run Monday–Friday with opportunities for growth. Compensation is hourly with benefits for full-time staff, including health coverage, PTO, and 401(k) matching, plus education assistance for all employees.

Qualifications

• Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.
• Develop your ability to observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.04-$18.74 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
