Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers to support a nurturing, structured classroom where children thrive through play and learning.

You will help maintain a safe, clean environment, follow licensing standards, and engage with families to support each child’s development. This full-time position offers health insurance, paid time-off, a 401K with company match, education assistance, and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Maintain a fun, interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay $16.40 - $17.03 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
