Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers for our child care program in Montvale, NJ. You will help maintain a safe, engaging classroom and support daily routines while following licensing guidelines and our standards.

This role emphasizes observation, family communication, and ongoing training to promote children's growth. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule with benefits including health insurance, tuition reimbursement opportunities, paid time off, and a 401K

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay $18.04 - $19.67 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
