Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking energetic Assistant Teachers to nurture and support young learners in a structured childcare setting. This role emphasizes observation, family communication, and ongoing training to promote growth.

Compensation includes hourly pay with health insurance, paid time off, and a 401K option for eligible staff. Monday–Friday work weeks are typical, with opportunities for education assistance and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Able to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Love to learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $18.04-$18.74 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
