Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers to inspire children to become lifelong learners. You will follow licensing guidelines, keep the classroom engaging and organized, and complete training on childcare topics.

Responsibilities include observing and planning for children, communicating with families, and supporting a positive learning environment. This role offers health insurance, PTO, and education assistance with tuition reimbursement.

Assistant Teachers:

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.40-17.03 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
