Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking early-care professionals to support a nurturing daycare environment. Your role focuses on helping children learn through play, while following licensing guidelines and maintaining a clean, organized classroom.

As an Assistant Teacher you will observe and plan for children, communicate with families, and complete training on childcare topics. The position offers a Monday-Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits for full-time staff.

Assistant Teachers

• Love to learn! Complete extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay $17.00-17.66 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
