Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking Assistant Teachers to support a caring classroom environment for young learners. You will follow licensing guidelines, maintain a safe, engaging space, and collaborate with families to support each child’s development.

Responsibilities include observing and planning activities, staying active with children indoors or outdoors, and completing ongoing training on childcare and development topics to promote growth and learning every day.

Qualifications

• Meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

• Pay $16.40-17.03 hourly, bi-weekly and daily pay options; based on position, education and experience / any other compensation offered.
