Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. seeks energetic assistant teachers to inspire children daily. You will follow licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child, while keeping an engaging, organized classroom.

The role emphasizes observation, assessment and planning for child development, plus communicating with families. Extensive training on childcare, preschool and child development topics is provided to help you grow.

Qualifications

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $17.51-$18.19 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
• Limited medical offered for part-time workers.
