Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is hiring Assistant Teachers to inspire young learners and support daily care in our child care centers.

You will follow licensing guidelines, create a fun, organized classroom, observe and plan activities, and communicate with families. Training on childcare and child development topics is provided, with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

Assistant Teachers:

• Love to help! Follow all licensing guidelines and company standards to ensure the daily care of every child.Maintain a fun,interactive classroom that is clean and organized.
• Love to engage! Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
• Love to learn! Complete extensive training onchildcare, preschooland childdevelopment topics.

• The ability to meet state and/or accreditation requirements for education and experience.
• The ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay $16.48-17.12 hourly, Bi-weekly and Daily Pay options; based on Position, Education and Experience / any other compensation offered
• Immediate Health insurance (medical, dental and vision), paid time-off and 401K (plus company match) provided for full-time employees.
