The Learning Experience is hiring an experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to create a fun, nurturing and engaging classroom where young children can learn, grow, and thrive. You’ll lead a developmentally appropriate preschool program in Deer Park, NY, guided by our L.E.A.P.

Curriculum®. You’ll receive strong classroom support, access to curriculum resources, and a collaborative center team, with full-time and part-time options and a benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, tuition

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a preschool, childcare, daycare, or early childhood classroom.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for helping young children learn and develop.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and coworkers.
• Must meet applicable background screening, health, and training requirements.

• Partner with fellow teachers and center leadership to create an exceptional family experience
• Follow New York childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements
