Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to support the Head Swim Team Coach in designing and leading workouts for our competitive swimmers. You’ll help register new participants and keep our aquatic facilities clean and safe.

You will work with ASCA/USA Swimming certified programs, promote Life Time products, and contribute to a fast-paced, member-focused pool environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of swim coaching experience and memberships in ASCA and USA Swimming.
• Successful completion of Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.
• Ability to work in a club environment and assist with team workouts and registrations.

Responsibilities

• Assist head coach in writing and leading Swim Team workouts.
• Run daily practices under the head coach's direction.
• Promote Life Time products, services and programs.
