Job summary
Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to support the Head Swim Team Coach in running practices, developing swimmers, and helping register participants. This is a fast-paced, guest-focused role at our recreation and lap pools, with indoor and outdoor facilities.
You will assist in writing group workouts, maintain facility safety, and promote Life Time programs. Candidates should hold a high school diploma, have at least one year coaching experience, and hold ASCA/USA
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of swim coaching experience.
- Member of ASCA.
- Member of USA Swimming.
- Complete Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.
- Ability to work stationary and move about the club for long periods.
- Able to communicate with guests about Life Time products and services.
- Able to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
- Able to bend to lift 20 lbs and occasionally more.
Responsibilities
- Offers swimmers the opportunity to master technique.
- Runs daily practices under the head coach.
- Promotes Life Time products, services and programs.
