Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Swim Team Coach to help swimmers improve in indoor and outdoor pools. You will assist the Head Swim Team Coach with group workouts, registration, and maintaining facility cleanliness and order.

The role requires swim coaching experience, ASCA/USA Swimming memberships, and Lifeguard/certifications. You will work at Life Time facilities and support program growth and safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of swim coaching experience.
• Member of ASCA.
• Member of USA Swimming.
• Must complete Life Time Swim Instructor Certification.
• Ability to work stationary and move about the club for extended periods.
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters without stopping.
• Ability to routinely bend to lift 20 lbs or less and occasionally more than 20 lbs.
