Job summary

RadNet, Inc. in Bolingbrook, Illinois, is seeking an Assistant Supervisor for the Production department to support the Department Supervisor in a warehouse environment. You will monitor department efficiencies, guide staff, and ensure quality production as per customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily department efficiencies using reports and data.
  • Inspect and distribute materials to production lines.
  • Continuously monitor order backlog with a focus on express orders.
  • Operate production equipment as needed.
  • Guide and support staff to meet output levels.
  • Perform maintenance and assist with equipment issues.
  • Report safety concerns and quality issues to the Supervisor.
  • Assist with training and onboarding.

Job description

The Production departments create personalized gifts for our customers. The Assistant Supervisor supports the Department Supervisor in a production warehouse environment to ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality product is delivered to meet customer expectations.

Shift

1st Shift Between: 6:30 AM-3:00 PM

Peak schedule may vary based on business needs

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily department efficiencies using reports, calculations, and tracking data
  • Inspect and distribute picked materials to production lines and personnel
  • Continuously monitor order backlog, with a focus on express orders
  • Operate department‑specific production equipment as needed
  • Ensure equipment settings are accurate and aligned with production needs
  • Guide and support POCs and production staff to meet required output levels
  • Perform routine maintenance and assist in diagnosing and repairing equipment issues
  • Report safety concerns, policy violations, and quality issues to the Department Supervisor
  • Assist with training, onboarding, and staff adjustments
  • Promote a positive work environment with high morale and performance expectations
  • Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
  • Perform additional department‑specific tasks as assigned by the Supervisor
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Compensation

The expected hourly pay range for this position is $19.00 to $23.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other factors permitted by law.
