Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor department efficiencies using reports and data.
• Distribute picked materials to production lines.
• Focus on express orders and backlog management.
• Operate department-specific production equipment as needed.
• Ensure equipment settings meet production needs.
• Guide and support staff to meet output goals.
• Perform routine maintenance and assist with repairs.
• Report safety concerns and quality issues.
• Assist with training and onboarding of staff.
