Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment's Sesame Place in Bucks County is hiring Ambassadors to deliver memorable guest experiences. You will help lead and support a team, model high service standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere from guest arrival onward.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and the ability to supervise, train, and coach teammates in busy outdoor settings. Availability during peak season and weekends is essential; 18+ and CPR/AED training are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, public speaking and interpersonal skills are required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to train, coach and supervise Ambassadors.
• Comfort with cash handling and multiple selling systems.
• CPR/AED training/certification is preferred.
• At least 18 years old and valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Ambassadors to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Train, counsel and develop team members in Guest Arrival areas.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures and daily scheduling.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.

What You Get To Do

Help lead and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences from the get-go. You’ll model and perform the highest standards of service as you foster a positive atmosphere for everyone you come into contact with.

Job Duties

Get ready to help us show our best right when guests first show up! You will supervise, train, and counsel Ambassadors and perform the job duties you’re supervising in Guest Arrival areas such as:

• Parking Lot
• Ticketing
• Turnstiles
• Reservation Check-In Area
• Track labor, including daily scheduling and break management
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for all team members, guests, and animals
• Develop team members through training, feedback and coaching
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Create and maintain team rotation grid
• Respond to guest and team member needs
• Report project status to Supervisors and Managers
• Ensure strict adherence to all cash handling procedure

What It Takes To Succeed

• During peak season, at least 4 days of unrestricted availability with one day being a weekend day, and availability to work holidays
• During the off season, at least 3 days of unrestricted availability with one day being a weekend day, and availability to work holidays
• At least 18 years old
• Valid state driver’s license
• Ability to complete CPR/AED training/certification
• Ability to be certified on all attractions
• Outstanding communication, public speaking, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging situations
• Computer proficiency with MS Office
• Comfortable working outdoors, around water and at heights up to 350 ft.
• Previous cash handling experience and ability to work multiple selling systems
• Ability to train on and use protective gear
• Flexibility in working varied hours
• Related Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous leadership experience highly desirable
