You will coordinate field crews, manage schedules, review drawings, and communicate with project partners.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in commercial construction roles.
• Experience supporting field crews and daily operations.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership.
• Understanding of scheduling, sequencing and field coordination.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day jobsite operations focusing on safety, quality, productivity and schedule.
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials and project resources.
• Support project activities from startup through closeout, including sequencing and field coordination.
• Participate in jobsite meetings with general contractors and clients.
• Identify potential field challenges and communicate issues early.
