Responsibilities

• Support the Superintendent in managing daily field operations.
• Ensure job sites are organized, safe, and ready for work.
• Review and help interpret construction drawings.
• Coordinate manpower and assist with planning labor needs.
• Order, track, and verify materials in accordance with specifications.
• Monitor field progress to keep projects on schedule.
• Attend coordination meetings as needed.
• Supervise mechanics, apprentices, and helpers.
• Document field communication.
• Promote and enforce job-site safety standards.
