This role involves scheduling and supervising subcontractors, conducting inspections, and enforcing safety standards. A high school diploma and related experience are required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of related experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to drive.
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to converse with customers and personnel.
• Require minimum supervision and systematic approach.

Responsibilities

• Inspect home daily for quality and adherence to plans.
• Schedule and oversee all inspections.
• Conduct homeowner orientation and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage subcontractors and enforce safety standards.
• Support construction schedule and deliver high quality product.
