You will review drawings, specifications, and contracts, participate in meetings, and help manage subcontractors. Proactive communication and attention to detail are essential for successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• Strong reading of project drawings and specifications.
• Proven ability to coordinate field activities and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent with planning manpower and progress reporting.
• Review project contract documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Attend meetings to coordinate work and manage labor concerns; take minutes.
• Provide field support to ensure contract compliance and quality on site.
• Assist in developing scopes of work for subcontractors and constructability reviews.
• Support schedule development and updates; assist with change management process.
• Coordinate punch lists, permits, RFIs, and submittals under supervision.
• Assist with project close-out and site logistics planning.
