Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Superintendent for a full-time, on-site role in Flagstaff, AZ.

The position supports the Superintendent in coordinating field construction activities, directing crews, and ensuring safe, productive work on utility-scale solar projects. Responsibilities include supervising field personnel, maintaining quality, enforcing safety programs, planning materials and schedules, reviewing plans and submittals, and communicating progress with Owners and engineers

Qualifications

Engineering, construction management, or architectural degree or equivalent experience.
2–4 years as General Foreman or supervisory role.
Experience on utility-scale solar projects.
Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC standards.
Ability to read plans, schedules, and cost controls.

Responsibilities

Assist the Superintendent in coordinating field construction activities and directing crews and subcontractors.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of field personnel with focus on safety and quality.
Maintain relations with Owners, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams through professional communication.
Enforce SOLV Energy safety policies and participate in required training and audits.
Assist in planning materials, tools, equipment, and CPM schedules; track progress and prevent delays.
