Job summary

SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to oversee electrical field operations on utility-scale solar projects. You will supervise multiple crews, enforce safety, manage CPM schedules, and coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities include mentoring field personnel, reviewing contracts and drawings, and supporting commissioning and close-out activities. A strong focus on safety and quality is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field construction supervision; 10 years preferred.
• Extensive electrical construction experience, utility-scale solar preferred.
• Proven safety and quality control experience, with OSHA/NFPA/NEC/IEEE knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical field operations and multiple crews across sites.
• Enforce safety procedures and lead safety training.
• Manage CPM schedules to ensure timely, cost-efficient completion.
• Review contracts, drawings, specs, and submittals through turnover.
• Coordinate with Owners, Architects, Engineers and subcontractors.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate field personnel including foremen.
• Lead pre-job, progress, and subcontractor meetings; support RFIs and commissioning.
• Coordinate material, equipment delivery and prevent delays.
• Ensure work meets specifications and quality standards.
