Job summary

Thomas Young Group is seeking a hands-on construction professional to support large-scale ground-up projects from start to finish in Savannah, GA.

You will coordinate daily site activities with subcontractors, assist with scheduling and logistics, and help lead owner walkthroughs, inspections, and safety programs. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience on large-scale base-build or mission-critical projects.
• Familiarity with MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Experience assisting superintendents on complex projects.
• Proactive, detail oriented and hands-on approach to site operations.

Responsibilities

• Supporting ground-up projects valued at $100M+ from start through completion
• Coordinating daily jobsite activities with subcontractors and trade partners
• Assisting with scheduling, logistics, and resolving on-site issues
• Leading or supporting owner walkthroughs and site inspections
• Helping to drive a strong culture of safety and compliance
