Thomas Young Group is seeking a Safety Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead field safety initiatives across commercial, education, healthcare, and other projects. The role focuses on enforcing OSHA standards, conducting regular inspections, and guiding safety training and documentation.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of field safety experience and strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to proactively manage jobsite safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of field experience in construction safety, ideally with general contractors or internal trade subcontractors.
• Experience with commercial, education, or healthcare projects is a plus
• Thorough understanding of OSHA regulations, site inspections, and risk mitigation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong leadership presence with a proactive approach to jobsite safety

Responsabilités

• Conduct regular jobsite inspections to identify and mitigate safety risks
• Ensure full compliance with safety protocols, PPE standards, and regulatory requirements
• Lead daily and weekly safety meetings to promote awareness and address concerns
• Collaborate with field teams and subcontractors to maintain a safe working environment
• Support ongoing safety training and documentation
