Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience as Senior Superintendent or Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial projects valued between $50M and $150M.
• Strong computer skills including Excel and MS Project or Procore.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and manage construction schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Lead and supervise construction workers and subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety.
• Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Monitor construction quality to align with project specs and industry standards.
• Identify and resolve construction issues, delays, and resource shortages.
