Job summary

Thomas Young Group, a Baltimore-based general contractor, is seeking a capable professional to help manage construction schedules and keep multifamily ground-up projects on track. You will support the Project Manager with progress updates and coordinate with subcontractors to maintain fairness and strong relationships.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in construction, a track record in base building and multifamily projects, and excellent communication and organizational skills to deliver

Qualifications

• 4+ years in the construction industry.
• Base building/ground-up construction expertise.
• Multifamily construction experience is a must.
• Strong communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Highly organized with ability to deliver projects on or ahead of schedule.
• Strong negotiation skills to help manage budgets.
