You will supervise crafts and subcontractors, enforce OSHA safety protocols, monitor work quality against plans and standards, and proactively resolve delays or resource shortages by collaborating with project stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 3 years of field experience as a Superintendent.
• Experience managing commercial projects valued between $5 million and $30 million plus.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, or Procore.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
