The Thomas Young Group in Savannah is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead large ground-up base-build projects valued at $100M+ from start to closeout. You will drive on-time, on-budget execution with two-week look-aheads and coordinate subcontractors and owners to sustain strong relationships.

Expect to oversee schedules, compliance, and documentation with the PM team, conduct site visits for safety and efficiency, and mentor team members to raise delivery standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction experience, ideally with mission-critical or base-building projects.
• Proven success managing large-scale ground-up projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience overseeing complex schedules and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Procore, P6, and Bluebeam.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and mentor project teams.
