Thomas Young Group in Northern Virginia seeks an experienced construction professional to oversee ground-up projects and coordinate day-to-day site activities. You will work across subcontractors, lead owner walkthroughs, and assist the superintendent with scheduling, logistics, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience on large-scale base-build or mission-critical projects.
• Familiarity with MEP systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Experience supporting superintendents on projects valued at $100M+.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to jobsite operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ground-up construction projects across the NOVA region.
• Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors on-site.
• Lead or support owner walkthroughs and site inspections.
• Assist the superintendent with scheduling, logistics, and issue resolution.
• Champion safety culture and ensure jobsite compliance.
• Support project delivery, documentation, and training initiatives.
