West Coast Fitness is seeking an Assistant Studio Manager to partner with the Studio Manager in daily operations at our California studio. You will lead the Sales Associate team, handle studio tasks, and ensure smooth processes from member intake to daily business records.

Qualifications

• Leadership and customer service experience required.
• Strong sales skills and a track record in a quota-driven environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced studio setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Studio Manager in all areas of the business.
• Lead and develop Sales Associate team daily.
• Own studio operations and inventory management.
• Maintain records using OTF sales systems.
• Handle calls and customer care follow-ups.
• Host studio tours for prospects and members.
• Ensure welcoming, energetic entry for members and guests.
• Participate in 1–2 OTF workouts weekly.
• Maintain organized work environment and respond to member requests.
• Oversee onboarding of members and completion of forms.
• Attend relevant OTF training programs and meetings.
