Total Wine & More in Florence, KY, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to grow the brand by delivering exceptional service and building a sales-driven culture. You will report to the Store Manager and help manage operations, payroll, inventory, and merchandising while guiding a team.

You should have 1-3 years in retail leadership, strong customer focus, and experience with POS and inventory software. Availability for evenings/weekends and a 21+ age requirement apply.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience in retail leadership.
• 2+ years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience leading, motivating, and developing a sales-focused team.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver against key performance metrics (KPMs).
• Assist in recruiting, training, and leading store team with development to enhance knowledge and sales skills.
• Support payroll, inventory, merchandising and shrink management.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere.
• Maintain vendor relationships to support store and inventory objectives.
