Job summary

Total Wine & More in Florence, KY is seeking energetic Service Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales by advising customers on wine, spirits, and beer. You will help stock and merchandise, handle curbside pickup and delivery where assigned, and support store operations with a flexible schedule and weekend availability.

As a valued team member, you will engage customers, participate in product training, maintain store safety and cleanliness, and ensure compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing inventory, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, and supporting digital operations including curbside pickup and delivery where assigned.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws.
